The leadership team supports all volunteers in the district and helps groups meet their safety and safeguarding responsibilities.  The team also organises events in which all district groups participate together.

The Low Wood Management Team operates the Low Wood Activity Centre offering accommodation and activities to scout groups and other organisations in 81 acres of both woodland and wide-open spaces nestled in the Aire Valley.

The Keighley Scouts Service Network team provides all groups in the district with logistics support for their events.  The team also organises the iconic Fellsman walk/fell race.
